IMPORTANT:
- In case you want to exchange/return, kindly raise a request within the 15 days from date of delivery of your order. Please rest assured, we shall process it subject to usual quality inspection. Kindly note that the tags should be intact and product(s) should be unused.
- It can take up to 7 days for a reverse pickup to be done, once a customer raises a request for the same. And up to 7 to 10 days for the returned product to reach us.
- Refund will be issued by A.T.U.N. once the returned goods reach us and have been checked and confirmed by A.T.U.N. quality team. In case the product is found used or damaged, A.T.U.N. holds the right to limit or refuse the refund.
- No refunds will be issued for COD orders, only website credit will be given by way of Vouchers which can be redeemed on our website www.atun.in. Such vouchers will NOT have any Expiry limit.
- Refunds for Pre-paid orders will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the cancellation request or returned merchandise by A.T.U.N., vide the same method used by the customer while making the purchase.
NOTE- Shipping and/or COD charges are non-refundable.

| CANCELLATION | Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate a refund for Prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 99 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order. In case for a Cash on Delivery order, A.T.U.N. holds the right to bar the customer from placing another cash on delivery order if the customer refuses to accept the order once. | YES |
